Like the title says, I got back to Austin yesterday around 4pm-ish. I left around 8:30am-ish. Trip wasn't too bad, quite pleasant. I ran into some minor traffic jams, but they were mostly flowing smoothly. Today basically cleaned up and ran a bunch of errands. Went to Office Max to get a paper shredder because I keep getting credit card applications, mostly from Chase. I didn't see one I wanted at Office Max so I went over to Office Depot and got a $29.99 down from $44.95 one. It's decent, kind of loud, but acceptable. After that, I headed over to Wamu and deposited my Christmas money into my savings account. I then headed over to the UPS Store to ship the NDSthemes prizes. It took forever because it was really busy and there was only one worker. I then went over to Blockbuster to drop off to movies, Balls of Fury and Shoot em Up. I also stopped by Radioshack next door to pick up a universal remote. I then went to HEB and got some food and a new shaver. The rest of the day I just relaxed in my apartment. It's really nice not having to worry about homework, exams, or quizzes. I can get used to this

Saw Jay Chou concert Dec. 22 and it was awesome! Also, I finally graduated from University of Texas of Austin with a B.S. in Computer Science! No more exams, homeworks, quizzes, etc.!
Haven't wrote anything in my blog in awhile. Life's been pretty tough with school and all. I realized towards the end of the semester that I am taking 17 hours. That's the most I've ever taken in a semester. It's not wonder I feel like I have no free time. Geoff and I spent nearly 40 hours on the last OS project. I think we got it working and I feel confident about it.
This last week is a killer, I have four exams and then next two weeks I have three final exams. At this point in my life, I just want to graduate and start working. I will be working here in Austin at National Instruments. I'm actually looking forward to it. It's a workplace where I can learn a lot of new things. It'll be challenging, but very useful for my career.
December 24, 2007 I will be in Las Angeles attending Jay Chou's World Tour Concert!! I can't wait!! I'm going to take a billion pictures.
I'll probably update the way descriptions and comment system works for NDSthemes. The new comment system will have the ability for people to vote up or down a comment. I'll have to research or think about the logics behind this type of system. For both comments and theme descriptions, I'll incorporate bb code to allow people to insert links and font styles to the text. I probably will not be able to get to this till Oct. 6 weekend.
Added a little personalization feature on NDSthemes.com this past Saturday. There's a section on the main page that shows things like your latest views and downloads.
On Sunday, I added a Tag Cloud on the frontpage. At first I didn't see what the point of a tag cloud was, but after deciding to implement it, I realized how cool it is to see what the most popular search terms people are using. It's really interesting.
I loved working on both projects.
